Return & Refund Policy

We do offer a 7-days return policy that is intended to offer you peace of mind while shopping with us. We want to do our best to make each purchase perfect for you, however, if either of these conditions exists, you can return the item to us within 7 days.

Conditions for Returns:

• The product/s you received has any manufacturing defect.
• Wrong item or colour** is delivered. (** Denim bags not considered: All denim products are unique of their own; colour do not apply to them)

Product will not be eligible for return if:

• Change of mind.
• After the 7-days of delivery.\
• Product/s has stains, either by water or other liquids.
• The product/s has no or broken tags.
• The product/s has been in use.
  

Please be aware:

Colour may vary across computer screen and camera flash.
While returning please make sure:

• All returning items must be returned with Samedots product tag intact and undamaged, unaltered and in essentially the same condition as when the item was shipped.
• Please produce a courier or postal delivery tracking number for us to follow up with. Without this, we cannot demonstrate that the returned item(s) has safely been received.

Note: Dreamcatcher keychains are not eligible for return.

Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive the product as per return guidelines in the account details provided by you.

Note: You cannot change your account details once the refund is processed. So, make sure you entered the correct details.
