Online Pricing & Transactions

All prices are charged in Australian dollars.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. If your order is cancelled after your credit card (or other payment account) has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card (or other applicable payment account) in the amount of the charge. We will attempt to contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

During online promotions, all discounted prices are as marked. No further discounts will apply and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Offers are available only while stocks last, for a limited time only and can end without notice. All promotions can be ended at any time at the discretion of Samedots.

Colours: While every effort is made to display the colours of our products appearing on this website as accurately as possible, colours do vary from monitor to monitor. We thus cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your computer monitor will be completely accurate.

Order Limits

We reserve the right to decline any order in full or in part for quantities on items that exceed 5 available units.

Disclaimer: We reserve the right to cancel any order that we consider to carry a high risk in terms of credit card fraud or in the case of an internal system error.

Samedots will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of this website or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.

Where you post or submit content to a website, you warrant that you:
